Refund & Cancellation — Luminary Digital

At Luminary Digital, our goal is to provide professional, high-quality digital marketing and automation services that deliver measurable value to our clients.

Because each project is custom-built and involves significant planning and digital work, we’ve created the following refund and cancellation guidelines.

1. Project Deposits & Payments

All projects begin with a non-refundable deposit or initial payment as outlined in your proposal or invoice.

This deposit secures your project slot and covers setup, onboarding, and initial design or strategy work.

Once work has started, payments made are non-refundable, as time and resources are already allocated to your project.

2. Cancellations (Before Work Begins)

If you decide to cancel your project before work has started, please notify us in writing at:

You may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any setup or administrative fees.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the stage of preparation at the time of cancellation.

3. Cancellations (After Work Begins)

Once your project is in progress (design, funnel build, automation setup, etc.), payments are non-refundable.

However, in special cases, partial credits may be issued toward future services at our discretion.

4. Service Packages & Subscriptions

If you’re subscribed to a recurring service (like monthly marketing or automation support):

You may cancel anytime with 7 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations received after a payment has processed will apply to the following cycle.

No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days in the current billing period.

5. Appointment Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a consultation or meeting, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via your confirmation email or calendar link.

Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or future scheduling limitations.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

Duplicate payments are made in error, or

A technical issue prevents Luminary Digital from delivering the agreed-upon service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue.
